Poised to rapidly grow as Australia comes to terms with its new normal, they are seeking to bring in a Change Manager to ensure that the regulations in their new space are appropriately adhered to and a culture of governance, risk and compliance is instilled across the organisation. Your new role You will be responsible for realigning the organisational culture, ensuring that robust risk, compliance and governance becomes part of it's DNA. While hopeful that they can instil best practice in a three month timeframe, this client is fully committed to seeing this process through however long it takes, so extension is highly possible. What you'll need to succeed You will be a highly skilled change manager with experience in regulatory and organisational change. A strong governance, risk and compliance understanding is critical as you will be championing its uptake across the organisation. Change managers who have guided a small organisation through their start up phase in a highly regulated environment (ideally medical devices industry, though this is not strictly required) will be highly regarded.
