The ARWS is looking for a Full-Time Event Organiser to plan and host domestic and international adventure race events. We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and good communication and management skills. The successful applicant would be expected to manage all aspects of planning, marketing, budgeting, sponsor/ relationship management, and execution of adventure race events in both Australia and international destinations. Extensive experience in organising international adventure races is essential. Other skills that will be well regarded include experience managing social media accounts and event marketing and media management. Fluency in another language or languages, other than English, would be favourable. The role starting date is flexible. This is a full time position with a minimum of 38 hours per week. Work hours are flexible and will include weekends, nights and extensive international travel. Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
