We require the services of an experienced Organisational Change Manager to assist our financial services client with a variety of org change tasks based around a major AML/CTF focused project. As the key Organisational Change Specialist on this project, the key focus of your role will be to ensure effective communication between the project, key stakeholders and the broader business. Given the technical nature of this project, it is essential that the Organisational Change Manager taking on this role has had previous experience within AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CTF (Counter-Terrorist Financing) with an understanding of the regulatory compliance requirements within this space. Suitable Organisational Change Managers will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and experience: Extensive organisational change management experience within multiple corporate organisations Exceptional org change comms experience Previous experience within the financial services industry specifically with AML/CTF experience Excellent stakeholder engagement skills The contract will be offered on an initial 6 month basis with the option to further extend.
