The Western Australian Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage is looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to support the Department achieve its purpose in finding solutions to create a vibrant future for all Western Australians.
You will play an important role to ensure the Department achieves its vision: respecting the past; creating opportunities today; and planning for the future.

Our ideal candidate will be a proactive, future-focussed, results-driven internal audit professional who can demonstrate the following:

• experience across a range of audits applying contemporary concepts and techniques
• an ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative solutions to provide timely, risk-based and pragmatic advice to management
• effective stakeholder engagement skills, with experience fostering strategic and productive relationships

Requirements

This is a permanent role that is part of a small team of internal auditors. 

The Department is located in a prime position within the Perth CBD, above the Perth Underground
rail, close to the Wellington Street Bus Station and City CAT services.
