They have had a breakthrough year last year and have a new spot open due to and internal promotion. The team covers a wide range of audit activities for the group and are looking for someone who can mix with the collaborative team. The Role Reporting into the Senior Manager and working closely with and mentoring a junior auditor your role will include: · End-to-end reviews of various projects and business units with a risk-based approach · Work on simultaneous reviews at once with a 'deep-dive' approach · Test key areas of the business and report results · Make judgements on frameworks and assess their reliability/effectiveness · Coach the internal auditor · Follow up issues to make sure they are dealt with and reported · Be a business leader for audit activities · Ad-hoc duties Skills and Experience With a consulting background the ideal candidate will have managed and run audits in the past and know how to work independently from beginning to end. You will be a proven expert time manager and have an ability to interpret vague and ambiguous information and make an action plan. · 5 years' experience in a commercial or consulting business · Ideally CA/CPA qualified · Have led multiple audit activities at once · Managed and coached junior staff · Worked in FMCG, retail, property, construction in an audit or risk function · Be able to interpret audits with little initial information If this sounds like it could be you, please apply online JN -022021-2118_161214982961799
