Continue your career with us as our next Senior Manager Internal Audit.

Reporting to the General Manager Audit & Assurance you will lead the delivery of an agile, insightful and sought-after internal audit service for a TSEG Property(s) and function.

Some of your key responsibilities and accountabilities will be:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Property and Group Support Functions strategies, risks, and obligations, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals
• Cultivate meaningful and trusted Property CEO, property leadership team and Group Support function relationships
• Manage relationship with property management team and group support functions (drive communications, updates, property specific reporting, presence in key meetings)
• Lead and manage the relationship with state-based regulators, ensuring effective collaboration. Leverage expertise and serve as the primary contact to navigate complex regulatory matters ensuing compliance
• Oversee a cohesive Three Lines of Assurance (3LoA) framework by working closely with both Line 1 and Line 2 teams to enhance assurance activities
• Build a deep understanding of TSEG’s Information Technology strategies, transformation and change program, and core systems · Build annual audit plan for the property(ies) in alignment with the master audit plan
• Deliver internal audits from planning through to action closure in alignment with annual plan, and in response to any new identified risks at the property
• Lead the end-to-end audit process, including planning, risk assessments, scoping, planning and execution of comprehensive data analytics, fieldwork and delivery of audit results.

Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge:

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications and relevant professional qualifications.
• Previous experience (8-10 years) in Internal Audit, Compliance Audit or similar Risk Management role, including experience in a Senior or Managerial capacity
